Breakfast featuring yogurt and fruit cups was a good start to the day. The friendly staff and clean room made for a pleasant overnight stay.

The hotel was fairly clean and we had a large room😀

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dirty floors, hair under the toilet seat, and unidentifiable debris on the bathroom floor. The room I stayed in had noticeable signs of wear, including poorly repaired areas and cigarette burn holes on the bedspread, despite being reserved as a non-smoking room. The remote for the TV malfunctioned after being replaced with a new one that didn't work properly.

The rooms could greatly benefit from better soundproofing!!! The alarming state of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, urgently needs attention!!! Consider upgrading the setup with annoying awkward steps to the entrance!!!

fairly clean hotel, and the staff were very friendly and top-class, location was marvellous in savannah. location : the property was really close to food stores, and an airport. there was shipley do-nuts nearby, offering quick meals.

It was all superb.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

There were some issues with the room, like dirty floors and the floor having holes, which definitely impacted my experience. The staff at the check-in were kind and accommodating, which helped ease some of the discomfort.

It was just a strong match for a brief retreat in Laurel with very good value for money. The staff promptly helped with my request for extra towels, made the stay more comfortable. Avoid the ground floor if noise is a concern.

The breakfast was just what I needed, with yogurt, fruit cups, and danish. The access to both the front and back was super convenient. Plus, my King Room, Non-Smoking had a mini-refrigerator and microwave.

The TV signal was lost during a storm.

Good hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. The staff were kind and helped my elderly parents during our first visit. I'm excited to return for Easter!

Couldn't recommend more for a quick weekend visit

Comfortable room, convenient location, clean breakfast area. The large space accommodated my group perfectly, and the continental breakfast featured a good selection each morning that helped kickstart our day.

A spacious double room provided a comfortable atmosphere, with clean sheets and a friendly staff enhancing the experience. The convenience of nearby dining options like Neapolitan pizza and a pleasant breakfast selection were highlights. Some issues arose with the bed moving under weight and malfunctioning remotes, which detracted from the stay. The value for money was acceptable, but attention to room maintenance could improve guest satisfaction.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very amiable and top-class. I had a pleasant stay. The room was warm, had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a clean bathroom. The property was just next door to food stores, the airport, and Laurel thanks to its comfortable location. It was 1 mile from Laurel Mercantile Co.
